VidDown Pro ("we", "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

What this site does

This tool lets users fetch a copy of publicly available content directly from the platform (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) where it was originally posted, based on a URL the user supplies. We do not host, store, or index any third-party video, image, or audio content ourselves — every download is generated on demand from the original source at the time of the request.

If you believe your copyright has been infringed

Because we do not host content, the most effective way to remove infringing material is to file a takedown request directly with the platform where it was originally posted (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) — removing it at the source prevents it from being accessible here as well.

If you still believe this site itself is facilitating infringement in a way that requires our action, send a written DMCA notice that includes:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the exact URL(s) on this site.
• Your contact information — address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Send your DMCA notice via our Contact page. We will review valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include disabling access to the reported content through this site.

Counter-notification

If you believe content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification through the same Contact page, including the information required under the DMCA for counter-notices.
